In the first six months, actively contributed to ensuring the quality and robustness of RL (Reusable Library) features through comprehensive QA testing for every release cycle.
Developed and maintained detailed test cases to validate complete feature implementation and ensure adherence to requirements.
Collaborated directly with customers to configure RL features based on their specific use cases, enhancing deployment efficiency and client satisfaction.
Contributed to the stability of the system by identifying and fixing bugs caused by logic errors or overlooked scenarios.
Additionally, led a proof-of-concept (POC) initiative to eliminate the RL dynamic apply process, enabling zero-downtime deployments of artifacts and significantly improving system availability.

Worked as a shared resource within Aditya Birla Capital’s Shared Services division, contributing across multiple digital platforms including SMS Management and ABIBL websites.
From April 2020 to June 2020, played a key role in the ABC Awards Portal Development Team, successfully delivering award pages aligned with evolving client requirements. Also collaborated with the Change Request (CR) Team and Mobility Team as a senior resource, contributing to the enhancement and timely rollout of intranet portals.
Under the CR Team, efficiently delivered branded mastheads for ABIBL’s lines of business (LOBs) in accordance with ABC branding standards. Spearheaded the development and optimization of customer communication systems, ensuring timely and accurate email and SMS notifications triggered through scheduled applications based on customer activity against their policy lifecycle.
Additionally, led the migration of scheduled applications from VB.NET to C#, modernizing legacy systems and improving maintainability and performance of business-critical components.

Started professional journey with the Research and Development Team, developing multiple Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with business requirements over a 6-month period (June 2018 – December 2018), gaining hands-on experience in exploratory development and innovation.
Since December 2018, have been contributing to both the L3 Production Support Team and the Change Request (CR) Team, where responsibilities included delivering quick and effective fixes for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system stability.
Within the CR Team, successfully delivered several change requests within defined timelines, demonstrating efficiency, adaptability, and a growing understanding of enterprise-level software systems and processes.
