c) Lubricants & LPG gases (annual spend $ 2.34 million),

d) Welding electrodes (annual spend $ 2.26 million)

e) Light Construction equipment (annual spend of $ 8 million)

• Performed secondary research, analyzed the market and benchmarked commodity price with available index for above categories to gather intelligence on product categories and develop a should cost analysis models
• Led the development & implementation of L&T marketplace to automate procurement above categories and monitor performance for a spend of $ 93.87 million
• Devised BI dashboards to publish real-time reports that monitor Rate Contract Adherence across group business at L&T along with insights to category spend and performance
• Spearheaded evaluation & implementation OPEX vs CAPEX model to enable overall savings of 11.97% for sourcing of IT-Hardware worth $ 26.62 million across L&T
• Spearheaded creation and implementation of a Transport Management system to manage pan India 4PL operations.
