  • Digital Lending Partnerships – To onboard outbound FinTech institutions for partnerships in the form of LSPs, DSAs, PG Aggregators, Account Aggregators/Connectors, Marketplaces etc. Have onboarded a PG aggregator, an LSP, a Marketplace, an Aggregator and 3 DSAs within a year contributing active business MoM
  • Growing monthly disbursal & AUM – To monitor & scale existing partnerships for increasing disbursal month on month & building a growing book. Disbursed around 200cr of PL and end-use loans resulting in developing a growing book of 150cr within my tenure in collaboration with the partners onboarded
  • Managing P & L – Along with the focus on disbursements and AUM, the main focus would also revolve around managing the P&L of the existing partners along with ensuring active collections, adhering to risk policies, & building a sustainable sourcing pattern Recovered around 1.5cr of NPA from LSP partners successfully under the DLG guidelines contributing positively to the P&L Maintained an overall ROA of around 3.5% post taxes to scale the business. Kept the sourcing under control which resulted in having < 10% bounce on 30+ DPD Reduced customer acquisition cost by applying various strategies which eventually contributed to the P&L positively
  • Cross-Functions Program Management – This role demanded engaging with multiple stakeholders in and outside the organization Collaborated with internal Product, Technology, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams to streamline the partnerships for smooth disbursement and operations
  • Awards and Recognition – Joined as a Management Trainee and secured a permanent on-role designation of Key Account Manager within three months. Assessed with an “Outperformed” rating (4/5 rating) during the first performance year 2023-2024 Awarded with “Promising Star” in Q2 of FY 2024-25 and Q3 of FY 2023-24 during my tenure Nominated in the “Fast Starter” category for the Annual Awards of Aditya Birla Finance FY 2023-24
