Studied Various technologies in Air Conditioners and provided independent ideas for New Product development and got it implemented like India's First 8 in 1 Convertible AC, Hybrid Air Conditioner ( Next Generation Cooling ) among others which are product differentiators.
  • Model-wise - Channel wise Strategy development along with Feature laddering / Pricing is Prepared and Implemented.
  • Market Intelligence/Market Analysis, GFK data Analysis among big data analysis. Sharing the Gaps and Finding with respective branches / zones for better profitability / revenue.
  • Preparing of product Value Chains, Schemes, for various Channels and Channel Partners such that we achieve overall growth of Sales Volume and Profitability.
  • Air conditioner Sales have increased by 100% over the last FY. Now we are among the top 5 market share gainers as per GFK.
  • Developed comprehensive product roadmaps to guide future development efforts and align with business objectives.
  • Model-wise Production Plan, to ensure sufficient supply with no shortage and extra stocks after the end of the summer season.
