  • Support Director-Sales in preparation of annual sales strategy for the segment, including action plans for assigned projects / markets for the project of Wadhwa Wise City across all product line i.e., Villas, Apartments & Plots.
  • Direct the teams efforts towards leveraging a strong network of Channel Partners (CP). Guide the team to consistently build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Direct the team to leverage the best opportunities based on specific client needs and market conditions.
  • Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
  • Provide on-going guidance to the team to ensure they are well equipped to meet business objectives. Ensure the team is engaged, motivated and consistently driven towards achieving set targets.
