Business Development

• Looking after the Business Development and achieving the Quarterly targets.
• Working closely with client such as L&T Ltd, Thermax Ltd, SRF Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd for completing their requirements of Acid Proof Linings.
• Ensuring that customer service operations are efficient, meeting customer needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Getting on board with new clients and always on the hunt to add more clients to our long client list.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Operations

• Executing the order received by thorough examination of sites, drawings, calculations using MS Office.
• Looking after day to day activities of project sites in coordination with site team and site manager.
• Ensuring timely project delivery with cost efficient strategies which benefits us as well as our clients.
• On boarding new vendors for steady supply of materials.
• Leading and managing organizational change effectively by communicating with stakeholders, training teams, and ensuring smooth transitions during changes in processes or systems.

• Learning DCS software to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Keeping records of the Batches manufactured and maintaining inventory using MS Office.
