Key Accomplishments

• Setup an SSO model for Power BI embedded in MS Azure.
• Automated the Creation of workspace and its service principle profiling.
• Implemented the security recommendations like enabling the secure transfer to storage accounts, Enabling and enforcing the SSL connections for Postgres SQL server DB etc as well as Data bricks.
• Designed a Multitenancy flow for the schema per tenant model using data binding concept of Power BI service.
• Implementation of DB Schema assignments and other date and component prompts using Parameters and Query.
• Assisted on Terraform scripts to automate the complete flow of the same.
• Configure the workspace for Audit log collection.
• Setup a model for metadata localization.
• Explored the latest feature release like Co-Pilot in Fabric 64 and Folder (Preview), Vnet Gateway etc.
• Migrated all MSTR Reports & Dossier in Power BI.
• Created the contact center specific reports and dossiers like Agent by performance, Not Ready Reason code, Queue Performance, Agent performance by channel.

Product – IXCC CCaSS Cloud Intelligence

Key Accomplishments

• Migrated the Kubernetes clustered based on-prem model to Azure MCP.
• Managed the azure subscription for MCP creation.
• Implemented the security recommendations like enabling the secure transfer to storage accounts, Enabling and enforcing the SSL connections for Postgres SQL server DB etc.
• Handling the load balancer between the VMs in the MCPs for a clustered environment.
• Uploading and downloading of the MSTR objects in dedicated storage accounts while upgrading the product from MSTR 2020 to MSTR 2021.
• Designed a Multitenancy flow for the schema per tenant model in Azure Hyperscale.
• Worked on Schell scripts to automate the complete flow of the same.
• Automated the Folder creation in MSTR and their ACLs to maintain the security between the Tenants/Accounts.
• Implemented the MSTR Metadata Partitioning to handle the Ad-hoc reportings.
• Created/Modified the plugins and deployed it to the MSTR war file to customize the MSTR UI as per the Avaya product.

• This was a very new responsibility for me where I started working as a Power BI developer and rolled as a senior system architect
• I was thoroughly involved with the requirement gathering, system designing and the Power BI dashboard development.

Key Accomplishments

• Designed/Developed Power BI reports by incorporating the latest features including bookmarks, drill-through, hiding visual headers and syncing slicers throughout the report, in order to implement the business requirements.
• Created the reports using charts and design the dashboards for multiple modules of Product Performance, Close Ratio Analysis, Marketing, and Enterprise Performance.
• Involved in Importing data through SSAS cubes and create calculated columns, Measures using DAX, Various visualizations created using Bar chart, Grids, Lines, Maps, Scatters, Bullets, Tree map.
• Implemented row level security in all the report so that users will only see data that they have access to.
• Responsible to create Power BI App for each workspace and given access to specific user.
• Used DAX expressions in order to create complex measures such as YTD Sale, YOY Comparison.

• This was a very new client for the organization where Client wanted to automate their existing setup of ETL n Reporting in AWS redshift and MicroStrategy
• This project basically comprises on 5 different RSD dashboard addressing to the different stakeholders like HQ reporting for Head Quarter, Executive Dashboard and the Ad Hoc environment and a Mobile based application.
• It started from solutioning the backend design to the complete dashboard setup
• I was working here as a Solution Delivery consultant were leading a team of 4 members including.

• Solution to integrate number of billing systems like Maestro, Super system
• And Vision 21 in a single platform
• This is the third project for Amdocs as well as for Rogers (The client)
• I was leading this project with a team of 3 members
• This project was different from the legacy work what Rogers have and Amdocs did until now
• In the project we had to create a common platform to give a solutioning for all the billing systems available in Rogers
• The responsibility in this project starts from to gather the requirements directly from the business users of clients, for which I was in CANADA for a month
• During the time I interacted with the users and ready the model for the solutioning
• As this was a new setup, we have installed a completely new working environment for the MSTR as well
• Then schema design, its development, canned reports etc

• We have successfully deployed the first delivery on month of May and working on the enhancements received so far.

• This was the second project for Amdocs as well as for Rogers as client
• This was the self-serve project where we had to design the schema and Metrics and customize them in a basic usability format so that user can create their own report with a very basic knowledge of MSTR
• We have designed the solutioning and build the attributes and set of metrics based on provided requirements.

• A project to create different sets of reports for each subject to track the subjects Emergency Department
• 17 fact tables for each are like RAD, TAT etc. and all the objects whether they are attribute or facts, they were built on fact tables only

• Created reports for showing KPI summary, cycle time, cube count for different project refreshes
• Multiple Cubes were involved as a data source.

Market Insights, Report Developer (Dec 2015 to May 2016)

• This was the second project I worked for HCA client and in the healthcare domain
• This was a Migration project where we must migrate the dashboards who were already built in Tableau
• In this project I got to learn that how to do the requirement analysis, as we were told to visit the Tableau dashboards and get the MSTR architect from there itself
• Sometimes we also used to get the requirement in the form of e- mails
• We used to go for the Tableau modelling and get the tables, schema design, metric definition etc.
• Then relate the same modelling for MSTR
• This was a project where we found lot of challenges from formatting & object selection prospective as Tableau has lot of features in built which is lacking at MSTR side
• But with the help of VI and RSD features we delivered it successfully.
