• Op area included a diverse mix of South Mumbai, Thane & Nashik, including North Maharashtra & Konkan area
• This was the widest span in terms of area and deliveries amidst 8 CRMs of West Zone (Maharashtra, Gujrat, MP & Rajasthan)
• Operated 46 delivery stations, handling approximately 35k deliveries on BAU basis, increasing to 50k+ during Sale events
• Delivered score of 9.20/10 in 2023, while achieving 8% cost reduction
• Executed strategic onboarding of 5 new partners to enhance delivery performance, while simultaneously off-boarding 3 non-regulatory compliant & non-performing partners
• Guided and oversaw relocation of 2 large delivery stations (volumes of 8-9k deliveries each in BAU), upholding high-bar performance during transition
• Best CSR leader in India for all activities conducted in 2023
• These were in line with UN Sustainability Goals and included activities to aid providing healthy meals to the needy (Zero Hunger), walking while working (Good Health & Well Being), conducting motivational talks and provision of books, posters, stationary items to various schools (Quality Education), importance of cleanliness and correct use & disposal of sanitary equipment (Clean Water & Sanitation) and also cleanliness of society areas and common areas viz beaches, gardens (Sustainable Cities & Communities).

Operations and Supply Chain

• Apprehended pirates during first ever anti-piracy patrol by IN in Gulf of Eden
• Ensured that ship excelled in attaining assigned goals and objectives, aligning with the larger Fleet objectives while operating in a VUCA scenario
• Successfully led teams on multiple occasions while conducting rigorous checks of boats & oil rigs on high seas for securing India's national maritime boundaries
• Meticulously planned and seamlessly executed operational exercises with the Navies of the US, the UK, France, Sri Lanka, Mauritius & Seychelles
• Ensured seamless supply of ration and ammunition onboard ships through rigorous planning and forecasting, catering for multiple eventualities.

Strategy

• Led scenario planning of strategic operational exercises of ships through brain-storming sessions with team on multiple occasions as part of HQ Western Naval Command.
• Forecasted exercises within IN and also with foreign navies through meticulous coordination.

Safety & Policy

• Excelled as lead in conducting risk-assessment during audits of operations onboard 100+ warships, development of the crew's strategic decision-making abilities & implementation of SOPs.
• Formulated safety procedures for incident-free operations & steered safety audits of warships in real-time operational environments.

Leadership

• Demonstrated decisive crisis management ability by single-handedly coordinating damage control (prevention of flooding due to hull damage) onboard two Naval warships on high seas.
