  • Leading Mahindra Customer of Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment Vehicle.
  • To understand customer SOR and leading to project CFT and conduct customer build plan from First phase to SOP phase.
  • Responsible to understand customer drawing standards.
  • Responsible to release FTG( feature tool gauge) according to plant layout.
  • Responsible to DFM closure , DVP and BOM sign off , packaging and hanging view sign off.
  • Responsible to release DFMEA and VAVE to reduce cost.
  • Responsible to conduct IPTR and JPTR audit of customer in plant and sign of CIR with customer.

  • Design and development of electrical distribution system for passenger vehicle
  • Preparation of Drawing and layout for manufacturing, Overall responsibility of maintaining the quality layout and drafting of 2D Drawing as per customer requirements & standards in CHS.
  • Constant co-ordination and communication with customer & on-site team to align the product design with customer requirements, specifications and design standards.
  • Engineering change management and change implementation in the existing design as per feedback from vehicle build team and design improvements for next phase.
  • Preparation of 2D Drawing in Capital Harness XC, Chart, BOM, Crimp List, Add Del PCE for development (Proto) and RFQ.
  • Providing Change details documents, Permit for design change, Compare Drawing Using UGNX & Auto-desk Design Review (3D Layout Vs 2D drawings) , release document in DDRR system
  • Minimizing the Cost through robust VA/VE implementation.
  • Maintain all Component Parts DVP (Design Validation Report) reports in GDS(data base) approved by Component Engineer (Internal APTIV DVP Standards) .If Customer Have Any Special DVP Test then maintain Customer DVP in GSD.
  • Maintain all Terminal Crimp Test Reports of All wire combination in GSD and Submit Report to Customer.
  • Maintain All Sub-Harnesses Drawings and Wires Combinations of Antenna , SRS , LVDS , COAX, USB and also maintain there Wires , Connectors , Terminals Drawings in system.
  • For Sub-Harnesses maintain Co-Ordination in between Supplier and Customers Requirements and Test Reports.
  • Analysis of Customer Change document with help of DRE and implement in CHS 2D drawing and Chart .
  • Convert HRN and CMP file Data in Excel Wire and Item Chart by using WB tool and Validate from Tool Position.
  • In 3D we calculate Wire Lengths , Layer of Coverings , Connector Length , Clip section view as per Clip Direction.
  • Calculate HST of Ring Term and Sealed Splice , Calculate Conduit Size optimization, checking of Splice Balancing as per SAIC standards.
  • We convert 3D view to 2D view of connectors , Ring Terminals , Fusebox, Complicate Branch by using 2D view conversion Method and add in 2D drawing of CHS For Plant .
  • Always achieve MRD(material ready for deliver) Target with PM, DRE and Plant Team.
