Successfully investigated and controlled 7 epidemics, viz, chicken pox, viral hepatitis, typhoid, malaria, pneumococcal pneumonia; and dengue. Single handedly organised and conducted over 100 station level health events/activities in various stations where I have served. Closely coordinated and monitored the execution of over 100 medical camps in remote and inhospitable areas of assam from. Published several professional papers in various national journals. Presented several papers in various national and international conferences. Awarded fellowship of IPHA in the year 2006. In the year 2009, published a "Malaria Attlas of Assam" containing district wise data and choroplath maps from 2000 to 2008 and PHC wise data and choroplath maps from 2000 to 2007. Appointed as referee for several national and international journals since 2005. Proceeded on deputation to United Nations Mission in Sudan from May 2010 to June 2011. Presently working with Indian army as hithertofore.
