* Employee Engagement: Managing the different stakeholders ork wise to identity the gaps and issues; Connects with the employees for gap analysis, providing them encouragement with RnR and fun activities; proving counseling and support to the employees on their various issues.
* Policy Documentation: Designing and restructuring the various HR policies as per the requirements; realsing it on the HRMS for easy access & visiblity.
* Employee Benefits: Adding new Insurance policies and helping employees on insurance portal and their quries.
*HRMIS: Mainting the attenance and leave data of all the employees in the HRMS and proving it for the payroll management.
*Labour Compliance: Timely consulting with the management bodies to keep the lobour compliance inline; doing the timely audits to analyse the gaps and getting it compliened with the help of the consultants.
* Employee Separation: Redesign the complete sepration process to intrigrated to the HRMS to reduce the turnaround time.
* HRMS implementation: Configured various company policies in the HRMS; Mapping the departments and desigantions; ensuring everything is mapped correctly for data accurecy.

• Preparing newsletters of all the events, like, Employee engagement activities, Training sessions and CSR Activities.
• Keeping a track on productive hours of the employees through cloud work time tool and sending reports to the management and employees, to help employees manage their work time and improve productivity.
• Timely conducting employee engagement and CSR activities for the positive and healthy work environment.
• Managing the regular Admin activities: Coordinating with vendors for smooth functioning of various departments.

* Working the on the Job Descriptions; posting the job requirements on various job sites, like, Naukri.com, Monster.com and Linked In for the hiring and recruitment process.
