Current Responsibilities -

Delivery of Automation Solutions

• Supervised the creation automation solutions for OCFO, TCIO & CAO teams.
• Successfully implemented 8 new solutions and completed 39 migrations, achieving an efficiency of ~33 FTE’s and an uptime exceeding 98%.
• Supervised the retrofitting of 35 bots in anticipation of SAP-HANA upgrade.
• Re-engineered over 10 Park and Post solutions into a unified offering, automating over 5,000 files per quarter .
• Conducted CTO reviews for each solution securing approvals for migration.

Setup / Governance / Adoption – UiPath

• Served as the Governance Lead overseeing UiPath adoptions across 6 Corporate teams overseeing ~55 attended and 75 unattended solutions.
• Established Governance and Operational frameworks, path-to-production guidelines.
• Formed specialized 'Design' and 'Code' review teams and collaborated with SRE teams to implement a robust production support model.
• Managed License forecasting and cost estimation along with New Team Onboarding
• Managed Admin responsibilities for Automation Suite product.
• Developed and implemented user access model UiPath and Xceptor.

Stakeholder Management

• OCFO Delivery: Facilitated stakeholder meetings with over 10 Business teams to elicit requirements, deliver updates, and promptly raise impediments.
• UiPath: Orchestrated regular stakeholder meetings with 6 Business COE’s teams to disseminate project updates, introduce new developments, and conflict resolution.
• Vendor: Conducted monthly engagements with external vendor stakeholders to discuss backlog items, escalate critical issues, and foster relationship building.
• Xceptor: Led strategic meetings with stakeholders across 4 LOB Business Teams to drive engagement and promote solution uptake.
• CIB / CTO: Established a regular cadence with the CIB/CTO team to involve them in infra and platform discussions and to remediate issues.

Tech Projects

• Instance Consolidation Managed consolidation of HR and RDT Xceptor instances into a central instance, serving Corporate Teams and reducing toil by 20%
• NADC Migration Project-managed the data center migration to NADC, relocating 25 servers 6 weeks ahead of schedule achieving 44% optimization.
• Xceptor Upgrade Oversaw the Xceptor 4.6 upgrade, migrating over 3500+ flows and coordinating testing efforts for over 800 users.
• CPC to Puma – Project-managed the migration of data and users from Central Price Capture to Puma 1.0 within the stipulated time.
• Client Onboardings – Aligning Client systems to Puma to equip them to receive pricing feed directly from Puma.

Platform Ownership – Xceptor

• Oversaw the infrastructure management of the central instance of Xceptor for Corporate teams, ensuring robust and efficient operations.
• Managed the BAU operations of Xceptor as an application utilized by over 800 users.
• Designed and implemented a standardized email solution for automated email sorting expediting the migration of 200+ processes for Finance teams.
• Facilitated external vendor stakeholder meetings to escalate issues, discuss backlog items and ensuring progress on key initiatives.

AO / IO Duties

• Served as the Application Owner for Xceptor and Backup Information Owner for UiPath.
• Oversaw all deliverables related to Application Owner communications to mitigate organizational risk effectively.
• Addressed FARM observations and mitigated risk breaks, ensuring no overdue issues.
