Primary responsibilities in addition to teaching the syllabus include assessing the students and maintaining records of progress. Subjects taught include Language Arts and Literature. Also responsible for liasoning with the head coordinator and preparing the study material and scheduling the syllabus. Have been able to establish a good and positive relationship with students through different batches and been able to motivate and encourage them to perform up to their abilities. Have tried to make the most of the modern teaching aids available to involve the students in the learning process and make the process more interactive and fun. I was also a part of the team responsible for developing the curriculum for the academic years 21-22, 22-23, and 23-24.

Observed and assessed the student performance and kept thorough records of progress. Managed the classrooms of 60 students. Implemented a variety of teaching methods. Tutored children individually and in small groups to help them. Established positive relationships with students, parents, fellow teachers and school administrators. Collaborated with other staff members to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning and student engagement. Employed a broad range of instructional techniques to retain student interest and maximize learning.
