Project Description-

Project deals with identifying the fraudulent transactions in retail banking domain for Citibank.

• Ensured compliance with industry standards by consistently updating knowledge on best practices for software quality assurance.
• Transaction Validation, Policy Rule Validation, Alert Workflow Validation, Alert Workbenches, Alert Reports and corresponding EFD functionalities.
• Developed comprehensive test plans that effectively covered all functional requirements and minimized risks associated with product releases.

FLEXCUBE EMEA - Citibank - TCS, Mumbai, India

• Flexcube is a comprehensive banking software suite developed by Oracle, used by financial institutions for core banking operations like account management, loans, payments, and more. Fixes and enhancement is done on the site’s source. This is an enhanced version and depending on business requirements SIT/ Regression/UAT testing is carried out to ensure earlier functionality remains unaffected and business remains smooth.

Project Descriptions :
BRIJ :- Enhancement in flexcube to provide a user interface similar to BRIJ system for uploading CSV Templates in FLEXCUBE based on
Modules (CASA, FT, JE,PC, PAYMENTS &WORKFLOW, SWIFT MESSAGE processing, SEPA payemnts,PAYMENTS & COLLECTIONS).
Account reservation:- Involved in End to End Functional testing for Eflow - Flexcube and providing walkthrough to operation
branches.
Citi Screening: - Involved in End to End Functional testing –Checking Sanctions Payments from Partner System.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Creating test strategy/approach, test plan documents, and test estimation.
• Well versed in preparing and reviewing Test Documentation, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Report, and
Downtime Tracker, Issue raised in JIRA.
• Preparation of change requests and functional requirement documents.
• Support engineering and testing team to develop and execute.
• Driving UAT and preparation of health check scenarios for business users.
• Defect tracking on Management tool ALM (QC), JIRA.
• Co-ordinates with different partner systems through conference calls, emails, net meetings to get the defects resolved.
• Actively and responsively involved in the successful delivery of a business solution according to requirements on time,
within the deadline to the appropriate quality bar.
• Ensuring regular communication with Project stack holders.
• Involved in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the issues encountered and making concrete Test Repository by adding test cases
for the issues encountered to minimize defect leakage.
• Outstanding Contribution toward projects like CITI Screening, Brij Interface, Instance Payment, and also Post-production
and BAU issues.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product releases and timely issue resolution.
