Responsibilities of a TA Operations Representative:

• Will verify customer requests to ensure information is correct and in good order and takes appropriate action. May perform quality control activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Managed shareholder records for accurate documentation of investor information and transaction history.
• Facilitated seamless transfer of securities between investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Distributed dividends and interest payments to shareholders according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provided responsive customer support, addressing inquiries related to shareholdings, transactions, and dividend payments.
• Ensured compliance with securities regulations, maintaining integrity in all shareholder-related activities.

West Host Claims Adjudication:

• Our Work includes researching & processing the Claims in timely manner to the Customers of the Anthem Inc.
• Responsible for claim pricing and claim adjudication process.
• We deal with Sweep repots, Adjustments & IQT Adjustments.
• Responsible for Validating and adjusting the Claims with Correct Deductible, Co-Pay & Co-Insurance as per Member benefits before payments made with zero percentage error.
• Communicating with Clients/branches/through e-mail and acknowledging all the queries with in TAT.
• Auditing the adjusted claims of the associates on daily basis for maintaining process accuracy
• Prepare and present MIS reports to Senior Managers on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
