- Being an integral part of the digital product innovation team, I am responsible for spearheading innovative ways to digitize and create AI-supported learning material. This includes researching and tinkering with various AI platforms, LMS platforms, and visualizing learner-friendly, but learner-first products. These are learning journeys (ILT/WBT/microlearning modules), including but not limited to simulations (such as moments-based sims), assessments, and assets such as videos, interactive videos/documents, reading materials, and images.
- I am adept with Synthesia, HeyGen, Lovable, and various other Gen AI. My quick learning ability helped me also to swiftly adapt to the company's in-house LMS platform(s).

- During my tenure as the Director, I co-founded the launch of a novel teacher training project EmpowerEd. I serve as the India Team Lead, under the capacity of which we conducted a pre-pilot with 150 teachers from Gujarat.
- My current job role also entails assisting in daily operational on-field activities, regular problem-solving, and devising novel ideas for the growth of the organisation. I also support recruitment, conduction of interviews, and training of fellows.
- I've worked across all projects; conducted workshops and taught the underprivileged, conducted observational research to study the workings of low-fee private schools, aided remedial classes at government schools, and ran workshops at private schools on various Higher Order Thinking Skills.
- I've taught Mathematics, Science, and English to std. 8-10 across sites.
- Also conducted workshops for parents and career counselling for 11th and 12th students.
