  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships for Tata Play Fiber with entities within the Tata Group, such as Tata Digital, Mia by Tanishq, Starbucks, Big Basket.
  • Launched the Tata Play Binge OTT App on our Fiber Broadband service , this product launch required me to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • I was the liaison between Tata Play and Tata Play Fiber for other product launches like – Tata Play Home Security Solutions powered by Google, Tata Play Binge Android Box, Amazon Fire TV Stick.
  • Enhanced brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted WhatsApp campaigns. Oversaw budget allocation as well.
  • Keep a track of the national and global (USA and Europe) broadband markets, understand the key propositions of these markets and perform global benchmarking.
  • Conduct market research of our competitors in India, such as Airtel and Jio with an aim to identify trends and opportunities,
  • Led the project for product integration between Tata Play Fiber and Tata Digital’s super app, i.e. Tata Neu.
  • Launched Diwali offer campaigns, wherein we offered Silver Coins and Diamond Gift Vouchers to select customers. Criteria for selection was upgrade and subscription to High Value Plans.
  • Introduced the EMI plans on our fiber broadband service, as this was an industry first initiative, it required us to present a thorough business case to our finance team.
  • Have played an instrumental role in achieving the organization's AOP target year on year with an overall increase in revenues and Gross-Ads by 150%.
