Description:

CWS Collection journey started when the customer fails to make payment during covid are entitled into a new collection payment programs with greater payment duration. When the customer login into customer website collections journey starts with by answering the willingness ability survey, on which the customer is offered with payment programs.

Description:

Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) is a new credit loss accounting standard (model) that was issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) CECL replaces the current Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL) accounting standard. The CECL standard focuses on estimation of expected losses over the life of the loans, while the current standard relies on incurred losses.
