  • Joined as consultant to increase business volumes through alternate channels & setting up various processes/imparting trainings to the indirect team to increase business volumes

  • To keep a control on the bouncing ratio was various analysis , RM calling on previous month disbursal cases,reminder messages in regional language on contact.
