It's web-based intranet application. This aims at automating wide-ranging day-to-day processes of company, like increment letter, resign letter, HRMS employee data, and Clearance report of business.
Users can check status of requests made by them and check if requests have been approved.
Employees can use 'Leaving Us' module to apply for resignation and complete exit clearance formalities online.

This is a project where IBM is managing IT and Telecom operations of Vodafone in India. Vodafone has around 20-22 Lac postpaid customers in Delhi Circle. This is a Strategic Outsourcing project where IBM is responsible for providing and managing the complete IT solutions/services for the Telecom operations of Vodafone India.
Roles and Responsibilities (L1) Support:
Checking and monitoring the pending or failed provisioning commands at the mediation end using SQL and coordinating for the clearance of pending commands with different teams.
Responsible for closing MIS report and Cognos-related issues and helping to fix the same with the help of the application team.
Uploaded the batches of SIM to create output file, as per business requirement.
Populating data from flat files to the database objects using SQL Loader.
Responsible for closing the CRM-related concern.
Support for EBPP module, like access granted for duplicate PS, bill not generated. Data extraction and provide to the users for ADHOC BSCS database systems.
