- GENERAL INSURANCE - Take follow up of monthly mediclaim & other insurance policies renewal, punching new policies, renew policies online by using agent portal, submission of cheques, updating renewed data in excel sheet, save and update monthly record of renewed policies, taking follow up with branch office of various companies like New india, Star health & Allied insurance company, HDFC ERGO, Oriental, United, Bajaj Allianz, Care Health, National etc.,
- HEALTH CLAIMS - Claim intimation registration as per various TPA and insurance companies, filing claims, submission of claims online / offline as per the need of insurance companies, taking follow up with the companies for smooth settlement of claim reimbursement or cashless etc.
- INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN- Filing cases to the insurance ombudsman and Bima Bharosa for reconsideration of claims, and help the clients to settled their rejected claims by the company for any invalid reason.
- LIC- Basic knowledge of LIC like check FUP, LIC dues, punch LIC policy renewals cheques on LIC merchant portal, Client LIC IT certificate etc.
- MUTUAL FUNDS & FD's- Filing mutual fund forms SIP, Lumpsum, Add. purchase , redemption, updating of client details online & offline also, KYC forms, filing FD forms of various companies Bajaj, Mahindra & Mahindra, Shriram Finance etc.
- Handling clients & resolve their queries
