Anti Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC) Project-

• Played key role in conducting comprehensive audits of the bank's KYC procedures, identifying high-risk compliance issues related to customer identification, due diligence, and monitoring of high-risk accounts.

Ecosystem Partners (ESPs) & Outsourcing Service Providers (OSPs) Project-

• Conducted audits of the bank's partnerships with external ecosystem players, such as co-lending partners, customer acquisition firms, cash replenishment agencies, and technology providers.
• Identified compliance gaps related to service-level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory standards, recommending improvements in monitoring and risk management practices.

Self Service Banking Project-

• Audited the bank's debit card issuance, activation, and usage processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, fraud prevention and detection mechanisms, including the monitoring of transactions for suspicious activity and the effectiveness of alerts for unusual spending patterns.
• Evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls over ATM systems, including cash management, transaction processing, user authentication, and fraud prevention measures.

Miscellaneous -

• Ensured the accurate and timely completion of monthly cash-out reporting and quarterly FATF (Financial Action Task Force) compliance reporting.
• Conducted internal training sessions for 50 team members to highlight system-related issues identified during audit.
• Selected as a member of the AML/KYC team , responsible for preparing case studies and quizzes to enhance knowledge sharing and training among team members.
• Identified gaps in the issue due date tracking system and streamlined the process by implementing weekly status reports for the team, improving issue resolution timelines.
