• Qualitative Assurance review of operational risk tools including internal incidents/Internal Loss Data (ILD), External Loss Data (ELD), Issues & Actions, Controls library (CILA) to identify risk themes and data quality issues to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and highlighting Internal Loss Data capture lifecycle issues to respective stakeholders along with its remediation.
• Effective collaboration with Operational Risk Coverage and cross-functional teams for resolution of Internal Loss data quality issues.
• Preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key findings and trends around Internal Loss Data accuracy & timeliness.
• Contribute in the development and enhancement of the organization's incident capture platform, procedures and training materials.
• Involved in execution of inbound and outbound data exchange process to ORX consortium.

• Responsible for handling Micro Finance business in the Operational Risk team.
• Proactively identifying the operational risks associated with the business processes and articulating Risk & Control Matrix.
• Assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of controls using Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)/Control testing, process walk-throughs and identifying control failures.
• Analyzing root cause of the control failures/operational risk events and recommending remediation plans.
• Assisting the key stakeholders for implementation of business process enhancements and to ensure a strong control environment.
• Formulation and monitoring of the Key Risk Indicators for the business.

1. Formulation, testing and implementation of Unique Customer ID (UCID) De-dupe mechanism to identify customer duplication during loan sourcing process for Rural Finance products (Two-wheeler finance, Microfinance, Farm Equipment finance), Housing Finance and Consumer Loans

2. Worked with 2 vendors in co-ordination with the Credit Policy team, to analyze and communicate the functional and technical requirements of the project.

• Responsible for advising prospects/clients for Mutual Fund investments based on their risk appetite, investment horizon and investment goals
• Worked with Business Development and Financial Planning team for client acquisition/handling and designing of goal-based investment portfolio for the clients.
