Process – Life Insurance (June 2019 – January 2022)

• Term and Permanent Life Insurance underwriting based on medical, financial, and non-medical records, such as the Attending Physician’s Statement, MVR (motor vehicle records), criminal records, credit checks, etc., as per internal guidelines and the Swiss Re Life Guide.
• Well-versed and having a good knowledge of the Swiss Re Life Guide, and using the manual for underwriting life insurance applications on a daily basis.
• Reviewing APS and making a clear, concise, and precise summary for risk assessment.
• SLA adherence

Process –Claims - Medical Record Review (Feb 2022- July 2023)

• Providing insights – which help adjusters to reach a conclusion and close a claim.
• Providing Consultation - Resolving queries of onshore adjusters – mostly dealing with disease treatment and helping them in understanding whether complaints or treatments given are related to Motor Vehicle Accident.
• Avoiding the claim to go into litigation.
• Providing adjusters, the points to negotiate if the claim is already into litigation.

• Reviewing of client’s medical data and analysing it as per provider’s requirement.
• Worked on cases into litigation, reviewing and providing Negotiating summaries from various reports like deposition, Independent Medical evaluations, Record reviews, Incidence reconstruction report, and wage loss reports.
