KAMLS (Know your Customer Anti Money Laundering), 12/2021 - Present, Pune, India, Windows, LINUX, IBM MDM v11.6, JAVA 1.8, Spring Boot APIs, Openshift, Oracle 12c, Kafka, Splunk, Robot framework, KAMLS is an MDM solution for regional operations of a South African bank. It caters to multiple countries like Mauritius, Kenya, Ghana, Seychelles etc. Apart from MDM, it also serves as a single point to calculate risk for customers. 

OCV (One Customer View), 10/2019 - Present, Melbourne, Australia until Apr 2021, Pune, India May 2021, Windows, LINUX, IBM MDM v11.6(AE), JAVA, J2EE, WAS v8.5, Oracle 11g, JAX-RPC Web Services, OCV (One Customer View) is an IBM MDM application which is aimed at producing a golden copy of the customer data. It acquires data from different source systems. These systems are internal to ANZ and external as well. While loading the data, it uses the deterministic matching engine of IBM MDM and produces match results and then applies additional business rules to ascertain the matches. Once a confirmed match results are found, it gives an OCV ID to the record and stores it as an identifier for the customer. OCV provides a search service as well. The same matching engine has been used for search service which produces both probable and certified matches and returns the results. OCV integrates with source system through real time event streaming using Kafka confluent. Spring Boot APIs are also being built to search and retrieve the customer data along with accounts, cards, party to party relationships etc. 

TCV-MDM Upgrade and development, 05/2017 - 09/2019, Pune, Windows, LINUX, IBM MDM v11.4(AE), JAVA, J2EE, WAS v8.5, Oracle 11g, JAX-RPC Web Services, TCV (True Customer View) was having 2 IBM MDM applications. One for actual UK customers and other was for prospects. These applications are running on MDM v8.5 & v9.0.2 respectively. The bank wanted to upgrade both the applications to v11.4. This version is finalized as it has the JAX-RPC Web Services support. This support is no longer available from any other higher version of the product. All the Web Services are migrated to the higher version without any functional change. Also the bank wants to keep the WSDLs unchanged. So that the other interfacing applications do not have any impact. Micro services API development in TCV. 

CHARM (Customer Hierarchy And Relationship Management), 12/2016 - 04/2017, Bangalore, Windows, LINUX, IBM MDM v11.5, JAVA, J2EE, WAS v9.0, Oracle 12c, RMI, The CHARM program aimed to deliver a solution which will be the enterprise-wide system of record for parties (bank’s customers and non- customers), hierarchies, groups and relationships. Worked on the very first functional release and delivered the foundational capability to produce the record of the best view of all customers that exist within different source systems. This ‘best view’ record was exposed to business users in selected pilot segments for expanding the business adoption of CHARM across the enterprise. 

TCV-UK, 11/2014 - 10/2016, Pune, Windows, UNIX, IBM MDM v9.0 & v8.5, JAVA, J2EE, WAS v7.0 & v6.0, Oracle 11g, JAX-RPC Web Services, This was a True Customer View (TCV) project which was being run for enabling the bank to create a master repository of its Corporate & Retail customers in UK cluster and related data like directors, relationship managers, product holdings, customer journeys with the bank, retail & corporate product selections by acquiring this data from sources through web services and real time MQ interfaces. Many primary lines of business in the bank like mobile app, cards etc. were made capable of receiving 360 degrees view of all the UK customers by the TCV. As well as all these businesses had a visibility of prospective customers of the bank and their 360 degrees view due to the TCV. 

Kroger Retail, 04/2014 - 09/2014, Pune, Windows, TIBCO MDM v8.0, Kroger is a largest supermarket and 2nd largest general retailer in the USA. This project was to consolidate complete product data for the supermarket along with all the characteristics and features of all the products. Also the consolidated golden copy of the records is shared with Business Intelligence teams to prepare and offer better service to the customers. 

CDI Run Support, 02/2013 - 03/2014, Pune, Windows, UNIX, IBM MDM v9.0, WAS v7.0, Batch Processor, Oracle 11g, This was a Run Support project to enable the bank to keep the CDI (Customer Data Integration An MDM Application) application running in Business as Usual for servicing its clients/consumers since the system first went LIVE in June 2010 and to feed the data smoothly to all downstream applications.
