• Manage Forex Risk and ensure compliance of Risk Management Policy; implement various instruments to hedge Forex Risk.
• Build and Maintain healthy business relationship with domestic and international banks, rating agencies.

• Analyze business proposals of International Shipping & Trading (IST) and give recommendation to CGCO.

• Validation and Control recommendation of all contracts (Spot and Term) under the Contract Management Framework.
• Exercising operational controls over all IST transactions on a daily basis.

• Strengthened internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Confirm to banks all treasury transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations in order to ensure all trades are correctly recorded.

Support end to end transaction in raising debt finance including due diligence.

Assist in conducting financial and legal due diligence for debt transaction.

Analyze and interpret financial data of various subsidiaries of the Group Company.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Monitored plant KPIs and presented before top management in Management Review Meeting.
• Contributed in VP Review Meeting from my department by preparing reports and presentation.
