• Plant & Machinery group at Reliance ,owning a fleet of various Construction equipment worth more than Rs.900 crores & acting as a separate profit Centre for the company ,is engaged in to a Equipment rental, Turnkey Erection business, apart from providing service to Refinery & petrochemical Complex of M/s RIL in terms various Plant & Machinery.
• The fleet includes a wide range of equipment viz. various capacity of DG sets, Cranes, Compressors, Earthmoving & concrete equipment, Transport vehicles, Welding machines, Lighting Mast etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient Operation & Maintenance of construction equipment fleet specially Hydraulic Cranes ranging from 40T-1250T Capacity cranes.
• Execute Scheduled/periodical maintenance with proper planning & strictly compliance as per scheduled.
• Inspection, validation & commissioning of Reliance Owned & Hired Cranes within time frame deployed at J3 Project as well as steady state plants of DTA & SEZ.
• Prepare budget for equipment for the financial year.
• Monitoring & controlling the spare parts consumption & ensure total maintenance cost is within the budget. Preparation of Annual Budget.
• Performing sourcing process, internal cost estimation
• Preparation of Budget approvals for PR Creation
• Familiar/Working with all SAP Modules.
• Responsible for the reduction in Life Cycle Cost of equipment.
• Carrying out Preventive & breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Managing all team members/Engineers & guiding for day to day activities.
• Preparing Contractor evaluation process & development and validation
• Coordinating with various vendors/ manufacturer etc. for Item code creation, budgetary quotes, material delivery etc
• Validation of O&M Crew & Hiring agency crew.
• Adopt & implement the Best practices during P&M Operations.
• Co-ordinate with procurement department & M/s-OEM for spare parts & lubricant requirements.
• Planning of Spares & lubricants raising Purchase requests & monitoring their consumption
• Co-ordinate with the Users to resolve any Operation & maintenance related issues.
• To make modifications in Construction Equipment specially Cranes according to enhance safety features.
• Adhere to all safety procedures during P&M Operation.
• Responsible for preparing, documenting MIS reports for all equipment.
• Visited Fuwa Cranes Manufacturing base at China for doing PDI of 2 Nos.320T Heavy Lift Crawler Cranes.
• Achieved operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
• Established strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Managed budgets effectively, achieving financial objectives while maintaining strict control over expenditures.
• Two Major Projects handled- 1) Reliance Refinery 2nd Phase expansion at Jamnagar Project- JERP 2) Jamnagar 3rd phase Expansion (J3) Project

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of P&M fleet majorly Crawler & Hydraulic Cranes
• · Handling, fault finding & maintenance/repairing of Hydraulic & Crawler Cranes of capacity from 20 MT to 800 MT. Ensure 100% availability of the machine with all Safety features.
• · Responsible for the efficient Operation & Maintenance of equipment fleet.
• · Co-ordinate with the Users/client to resolve any Operation & maintenance related issues.
• · Finalization of scope of work
• · Preparation of LOI letters & finalization of the same
• · Responsible for preparing, documenting MIS reports for all equipment.
• · Handled Mobile & Crawler cranes of Liebherr, Demag, Krupp, Kato,Tadano, American, Kobelco, Manitowoc make.
