• Provide technical support and act as RF subject matter expert to peers on customer-specific product design and implementation.

• Monthly monitoring Network Performance, Troubleshooting, and Improvement KPI.
• Lead 6 Capacity Projects by taking care of Project Cost, Approval, Implementation and Execution in discussion with Implementation, Product, Finance, and Operation team.
• Power BI tool and Python script used for report presentation and automate task.
• Involve in UAT for process change.
• Successfully completed the Asset Inventory Tool project for a cross-functional team, resulting in a fully functional and user-friendly platform that improved inventory accuracy and reduced costs.

Backhaul Design, Planning and Capacity

• Designing and Planning
  - End to End Backhaul architecture.
  - POP creations as per Business requirement.
  - Fiber path throughout network.
  - Microwave ring design.
  - Transport Design and Redundancy
  - IPv4 and Vlan allocation for equipment.
• Backhaul project management.
• Interaction with Vendors and Access Strategy team for Fiber Capacity.

• Maintain up-time of backhaul system and nodes.
• Troubleshooting of IPv4, Routing protocol (OSPF) and Layer 2 switch Vlan, RSTP, STP.
• Performed backhaul audits within Networks pulled utilization stats.
• Evaluate policies, technical procedures, and update process.
