Executed LTE test plans, performed mobility/stationary testing, and provided daily client reports.

Captured and analyzed logs to troubleshoot network/device issues using QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, and TEAMS.

Validated RAN behavior under varying coverage conditions and conducted throughput tests.

Performed log analysis for key UE procedures including Initial Attach, Cell/PLMN Selection, RACH, and X2 Handover.

Hands-on experience in monitoring and optimizing network KPIs (TCH/SD dropped, blocked, HOSR, CSSR, etc.) across 2G/3G/4G technologies. Skilled in technical report preparation (SCFT), log analysis (TEMS, MAPINFO), VoLTE call testing, and PRB utilization checks. Proficient in drive test analysis, issue troubleshooting, and physical optimization (antenna tilt/height adjustments). Strong in compiling reports and coordinating with vendors/clients for performance improvements.

Experienced in RF surveys, drive tests (SCFT, IDT, TRAI), log analysis, and network optimization for 2G/3G/4G. Proficient in TEMS, MapInfo, TEAMS, and report generation using MS Office tools.
