Project Description – The current score Equifax (EQ) scoring consumed by CIBC is outdated. Credit Bureau Advancement business case offers the opportunity to grow CIBC business while modernizing Credit Bureau Data Services and capabilities by moving to TransUnion as preferred strategic partner

Responsibilities :

· Understanding the business requirements, preparing test scenario, test data, test cases and test reports.

· Sanity Testing, Re & Regression Testing on modified Software Builds

· Documentations on Defect Management, Test Management & Test Automation.

· Execution of Manual Test cases using Automation and Reporting defects automatically.

· Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports, Also Reviewing Test Reports and Prepared Summary Reports.

· Verifying data through SQL Queries in database.

· Team Communication and Customer Communication.

· As a part of Decision Manager team primarily worked on modules like Fraud, Scorecard etc. Which involved Java as the technology.

· Performed unit testing for the developed application.

· Reviewing the error logs and debugging applications to resolve corresponding errors.

Project Description – Sales Buddy is mobile application. Contains all the insurance plans. Sales buddy enables advisers, partners and employees with powerful sales tools. Sales buddy come up with some powerful features like: A library of posters that can helps you to greet, appreciate an connect customers. Latest industry news that helps you have expert conversations with customers.

Responsibilities:

· Actively involved in gathering requirement specific, built and test code within described timeline.

· Test case creation an execution.

· Defect reporting with Excel application and JIRA tool and retesting for the same.

· Pricing testing for policy plans.

· Seek to continuously improve test process (Root cause analysis) of defect, correction and prevention.

· End to end testing of application on the complete and fully integrated software product.

Project Name : SmartDesk

Project Description – CTI application developed using Win form, SQL. Using this application user can interact with customers by using a telephony toolbar. User can make a call, answer a call, hold, transfer, conference a call. Also, there is CRM integration with the application so when the calls come, customer information will get popup in the CRM.

· Requirement gathering, client interaction.

· Raised enhancement to improve usability.
