Description: Led the digital transformation of a Syngenta India Campaign management process to address inefficiencies in manual workflows, data silos, and lack of real-time tracking. The project focused on automating processes, integrating systems, and improving data accuracy and decision-making for the Marketing and Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered and analysed business requirements from key stakeholders and users, totalling 10,000+ users, through workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Conducted gap analysis and proposed system improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Proposed to have a unified Campaign Management tool to conduct planning, execution, and Tracking, and review process in one single platform.
• Working on Salesforce POC to gain buy-in for Salesforce custom tool.

Project Name: Case Management Implementation.

This project aimed to migrate from the Manage ticket management system to Salesforce Service Cloud for enhanced case management, followed by integrating Salesforce with Jira to streamline collaboration and project tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Led the migration from the Manage system to Salesforce Service Cloud, improving case management processes.
• Gathered and documented business requirements for the migration and Jira integration phases.
• Designed and implemented the Salesforce-Jira integration, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
• Managed cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and testing.

Project: Merkle Dentsu Migration (Isobar)

Description:

This project focused on migrating systems and automating branding processes for Merkle Dentsu.

• Conducted requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and created user stories.
• Participated in planning poker sessions for story sizing with the development team.
• Documented the migration process on Confluence and worked on brand automation stories.
• Assisted the development team throughout sprints, ensuring timely ticket closure.

This project aimed to enhance the online storage management system, focusing on temperature-controlled storage booking and improving the forecasting feature based on historical data for better business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with the Product Owner and users to gather requirements and understand the issues with the existing forecasting system.
• Analyzed the current system, identified pain points, and documented business requirements for improving the forecast feature.
• Performed gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and provided solutions to streamline the forecasting process.
• Worked closely with the development team to fix issues, ensuring the system provided accurate future storage planning based on past data.
