• Developed and maintained a system for tracking and routing daily shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Created and managed a comprehensive inventory database to monitor stock levels and identify potential issues
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and vendors to ensure cost-effective freight transportation services
• To ensure receive material from local vendor as per local vendor material receiving SOP.
• To ensure receive material from other cross dock as per material receiving SOP.
• To Follow CMRD process if any discrepancy found.
• Organizing the duties of the staff and ensuring the work flow is maintained within the time limit.
• To ensure material inward in ILS SRM system
• Responsible for Material Dispatch as per Trigger Qty. to M&M Kandivali, Nashik, Igatpuri, Haridwar and Zaheerabad Plant.
• To ensure prepared below documents in SRM, MPOD ILS system.
• Tree sheet, E-way Bill, Loading Sheet and LR as per SOP and Government Norms.
• Prepared daily MIS of material receiving and dispatch and communicate with Buyers for further planning.
• Prepare Inventory aging report and communicate with buyer team to avoid rejection and excess inventory.
• Ensure vehicle availability for smooth material dispatch as per “Milk-Run” process to avoid production loss.
