Icertis has developed AI-powered Intelligent Contract Management Platform (serving 500+ enterprise clients). Being a part of CloudOps - Deployment team, below are my roles and responsibilities:

• Enabled rapid provisioning of cloud infrastructure for new tenants on a SaaS platform using automated deployment pipelines, consistently meeting a 4-hour SLA.
• Proactively monitored deployment workflows to identify recurring issues, performed root cause analysis, and collaborated with DevOps and engineering teams to implement fixes and improve CI/CD reliability.

Fosfor Decision Cloud(FDC) is a product developed within LTIM offering 3 modules in various domains. These products are having a centralized DevOps team and being a member of this, below are my tasks and responsibilities:

• Working as a Senior DevOps member, leading a team of 10 and working together with the development team to accommodate their fast-paced issues.
• Deduced an approach to migrate a multi-node Kubernetes based application to Single Server application using docker compose and hence cutting down product deployment window from many days to 3 hours.
• Planned and created the process for product packaging which development team follows and shares with DevOps/SRE team to ease out the automation process.
• Created single click deployment script to deploy Fosfor in client environments having a centralized monitoring system.
• Deduced GitLab branching strategy to be used for hotfix/feature deployment of the product.
• Lead Helm Charts unification and Docker base image standardization for all the three modules
• Core team member to plan and execute various strategies for the product:
• Process creations from scratch to carry out optimal DevOps activities
• Evergreening for the On-Premise and cloud environments.
• Deducing GitLab branching strategy to be used for hotfix/feature deployment of the product.
• Effective approach for transient environment creation where Jenkins Multi-Branch Pipeline cannot be used
• Leading and executing various R&D activities within team. Few of them are listed below:
• Optimizing cloud cost using cast.ai which resulted into cost reduction by 40% within a month.
• Optimal ways to install Openshift with minimal cost(reducing cost from 800USD to 700USD permonth).

Cognizant Automation Center(CAC) is an inhouse product developed by Cognizant having AIML capabilities aiming in automating day to day operational tasks(L1/L2). Below were my tasks and responsibilities:

• Product deployment and infrastructure creation in new customer environments using terraform
• Managing docker containers using Rancher as an orchestration tool.
• Resolving issues faced by customer as SRE(both technical and enablement) on incident basis
• Creating bash scripts as per customer environment for backup, adoption data, etc.
• Integrating SNOW with tools in various engagement using tool capabilities
• Setting up of kubernetes cluster in client environments

Project Unify - CPOS

• Unify project within leading Indian Telecom Operator has standardized business process which takes of all the processes involved with telecom domain from their production to consumption by the end user. It also involves all the transactions done in order to successfully deliver the items. Unify is centralized, integrated application to provide complete functional support to business and to enhance business efficiency
