• Customer Account Opening:

Application is used to create Savings/Current and FD/RD accounts for end customers.

This application was solely developed by me and is based on Servosys BPM product. I have used Java 8 and Servlets over the BPM product and consumed client Rest APIs for sending the customer data upstream.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

This application is for all kinds of service requests for end customers and internal requests as well.

I have implemented SMS & email APIs in this application, where these APIs are used to send notifications as well as create SRs by reading the emails by the end customers.

Created several batch services for sending and receiving data upstream and downstream.

Created services for the escalation matrix, which consumes the email service for sending escalations.

• Home Loan Originating System (HL LOS)

This is a home loan application with half a journey complete in Android APK and half a Web application.

I worked in the web application where I designed the Credit Manager workflow using the Servosys BPM product. The screens are designed using JQuery 3.5.1, JSP, and CSS, and the backend is developed using Java-8, servlets, and JDBC.

• Deliverable Management System (DLMS)

This system for managing deliverables allows you to keep track of and add new deliverables.
To manage deliverables like debit cards, chequebooks, welcome kits, and checks, among other things, I worked on APIs.
developed a unique function for clients' hotlisting and assignment of new debit cards.

• Bug Resolution

Actively identified and resolved software bugs and production issues, collaborating with teams to implement timely solutions and ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
