• Focus on resolving user queries from Financial user which involves data retrieval from the Oracle database.
• This include generation of reports from different tables to include details like trade information and PnL numbers.
• Working with senior RTB management on issues and their strategic solutions.
• Conducting meetings with different stakeholders and addressing their concerns from the Run The Bank perspective.
• Approving change requests going into production and running CAB call with Developers.
• Updating the database tables in case of addition of books and portfolios.
• Updating the security groups on the database to limit access of users from different areas.
• Working with upstream and downstream systems to make sure uninterrupted flow of data whenever a new amendment takes place in production.
• Updating stakeholders on issues impacting their system and providing status update for the incident duration and later working on the permanent fix for the issue occurred.
