- Conduct indoor and outdoor vehicle testing across all product development stages
- Perform Road Load Data Acquisition (RLDA), testing, evaluation, and data analysis for sports two-wheelers (Ninja 300, W175, KLX 230, etc.)
- Perform Suspension tunning activity on telescopic and upside side down forks
- Conduct Cam chassis endurance test on the Dynomo.
- Plan, execute, and monitor chassis durability, endurance, and component-level testing
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate KYB hydraulic test rigs and chassis dynamometer
- Execute sensor installation using strain gauges and accelerometers.
- Collect strain and acceleration data on torture tracks under multiple load and road conditions
- Perform static vehicle inspection and external projection testing as per regulatory standards
- Conduct slap-down landing tests and vehicle fall-down tests
- Execute swing arm strength, durability, and functional operation testing
- Perform side stand tests: operating endurance, high-load endurance, strength, and parking stability
