Job Description:
Worked in Shipping Project on E-Documentation.
Ship Data Population:
- Data related to maintenance of ship supplied by Client. This data includes many activities pertaining to maintenance of the ship such as inspection, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication, replacing, repairing, etc., entered in an excel sheet according to the Client's requirements.
- Managed the Quality Control Team. Activities include checking all the work done by the Data Population Team Members. Merge all the excel sheets and use Vlookup to check equipment codes.
- Making feedback sheets and error reports for team members. At the end of each day, all the activities are reported to the Project Manager.
- Have imparted training to the New Team Members.
Ship Scanning:
- Have worked on process called “Cleaning” and creating bookmarks as per the given PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Professional. This is done using Adobe Photoshop. The scanned pages are cleaned and creating PDF of the same.
- Have been a part of Quality Control Team for both the above processes. Activities include checking in detail for the files done by the cleaning team and checking of the bookmarking, links, perform spell check etc. Giving Quality Assurance to Cleaning and Bookmarking teams. At the end of each day, all the activities are reported to the Project Manager.
