HRMIS, Forms& Format
· Designing and Created Forms and Formats of HR and Admin related documents.
· Maintaining personal files of employee’s data base with respect to Accident, Insurance, Mediclaim and Gratuity etc.
Hiring Process
· Working with the hiring manager to define the needs for the position, highlighting the problems the organization wants to address, the qualifications of an ideal applicant, and the job description.
· Use the job description and qualifications to create a list of candidates from a pool of applicants using job boards, social media, and other tools. Both Internal and passive candidates with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply.
· Screening resumes and applications from the sourcing step to eliminate unqualified candidates, offer a phone screen to assess candidates that make the cut for selection stage, scheduling interviews & additional evaluation.
Induction
· Interacting with the newly selected employees to explain company policies, rules and practices.
· Safety presentation to new Employees. (Ensuring PPE is available with the Employees at Factory)
· Implemented the New Hire Feedback Mechanism - 30/60/90 Days
Training and Development
· Formulated annual Training Calendar, planned, coordinated and executed technical and soft skill trainings.
· Maintaining training records and feedback analysis.
HR Policy
· Policy implementation- working on various policies, induction manual, HR manual Various Forms employees' appointment letters, personal files, joining kit, employee handbook etc
· Departmental SOP along with the Process Flow chart
Statutory Compliance
· Successfully Tie with HDFC Bank for Employee NPS.
· Creating & Discarding insurances for employees.
· Generating claims for GPA & GHI for employees
· Filling out tax forms.
· Responsible in handling documents as per ISO / TMSA / DOC audits
Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
· Organizing various events like Birthday celebration, Family get-together, Picnic.
· Organizing sports event, cultural activities and festival celebration.
· Conduct Health awareness session of employees.
· Conduct CSR activities like cloth donation, blood donation, plantation, health check up camp etc.
Exit Management
· Responsible to take care of complete exit process. Responsible to check and sign the No Due Certificate of exit employees.
· Issuing the Experience and Relieving letter.
