Providing coordinates and elevation within a minimum 150-meter radius of a particular building as requested by AAI. Determine whether the building makes large / small angle with respect to radar.
- Creating customer code to generate invoices who paid for their site verification of OC/CC cases.
- Physical verification of cranes and generation report for further submission.
- Routine Inspection of obstacle lights installed by developer to ensure compliance with DGCA CAR / AAI NOC condition. Frequency of inspection will be as per MIAL SOP.
- SACFA/Mobile Antena applications received through NOCAS 2 Website & Physical Verified and processing of applications for NOC clear SACFA Applications are received online by AAI through their website www.nocas2.aai.aero
- Letter/Online application received from MCGM building proposal department (E.S, W.S - I, W.S - II, City), SRA, MHADA for verification of building height prior to issuance of Commencement Certificate (CC) /Occupation Certificate (OC). Soon after request received from above mentioned authority MIAL representative gets in touch with the architect/developer to schedule an appointment for verification of top elevation of the building under reference. Site verification is carried out and site verification reports (MIAL controlled documents) prepared and submitted to Sr. Manager - AOS for processing the case. Obtain customer template and coordinate for payment of height verification charges with the Developer/Architect.
- Applicants who make an appeal to AAI, CHQ for higher height for the building through aeronautical study and revalidation of NOC, such cases are referred to MIAL for physical verification to check the top elevation, site elevation and WGS coordinates of the building under reference. Request is received from AAI WR & CHQ through email and letter and details of the site, AAI NOC etc. are provided. Physical site verification of site is carried out in coordination with the applicant/developer. Joint site verification report (MIAL controlled document) is prepared and submitted to Sr. Manager - AOS for further processing.
- Routine OLS inspection as per MIAL/AO-A) S/SOP/18/03 A. Approach Surface: Once in a month (Each approach) B. Transition Surfaces: Once in a month. C. Inner Horizontal Surface: D. Conical Surfaces : Once in a month E. Outer Horizontal Surface: Once in three months F. Obstacle Marking by Day and Night: Once in a month (Airside and Landside) G. Beyond OLS and within 45 Kms: Once in a year.
- Obstacle which are identified through OLS survey and routing monitoring survey and action initiated by MIAL will carryout following activities 1. Serve Orders/Notices under rule 3 and 4 2. Physical verification under rule 5 and preparing reports along with Pictures. 3. Served DGCA final orders under Rule 6 and 6A. 4. Joint inspection along with of representatives from collector office for identification and marking.
- Identify trees which are obstructing approach surface of runways assist in marking and preparing inventory report. Coordinate with societies / owner of trees for NOC to cut/ prune trees situated in their premises . Supervise tree cutting / pruning activities & check inventory. From Societies after that these trees are shown to the contractor for pruning/cutting. These trees are then pruned/cut by the contractor and then pruned/ cut trees are verified/ counted and record is maintained
