    • Credit Suisse Group is a leading financial services company, advising clients in all aspects of finance, across the globe and around the clock.
    • Purpose of this project was to migrate applications from older java technologies to newer ICN based applications. Credit Suisse had very old legacy applications built using Struts and IBM FileNet Image Services (IS) product. Due to end of life of IS, client migrated data from Image Services to FileNet Content Manager. This migration includes migration of existing WebServices, JMS, search interfaces to FileNet P8 code based WebServices, JMS and ICN Search Features.

    • SCV and Phoenix: - SCV stands for Single Customer View. It is basically an intranet application facilitating 24x7 support providing customer information, list of business (LOB) they possess, various WCM alerts and current campaigns. SCV acts as interface for other RACV applications like phoenix etc. Complete customer/organization Common Party Data (CPD) information. It provides customer addresses, accounts, relationships, representatives, and debtor account and product exclusion. Phoenix is an insurance related application where consultant creates Policies/insurance for customer (home, vehicle). Phoenix deals with insurance and related activities. Edit, amend of policies for products and parties can be done here. Payment for policies created done through SAP applications. CS application also consist of other technologies, like MDM (WCC), BPM (WPS), WMB (HUB), SAP.
    • RACV.COM: - RACV.COM is a public web portal and unified concept which links all its third party websites (Hertz, Konakart, shop, mobile) into a single portal providing a unified interface for all the visitors and customers. This is a public web site, which gives all product related information. It runs on WebSphere Portal Server and uses the WCM (WebSphere Content Management) for showing contents on site.
