Leveraged my Japanese language expertise to efficiently match products and provide cost-effective alternatives tailored to clients’ preferences for over a year.

This company manufactured oxygen cylinders. My first role was to create proforma invoices and quotations. I then moved on to coordinating the dispatch of products, working closely with the accounts department, godown, and manufacturing units. Later, I transitioned to the export department, where I prepared export work orders, quotations, and proforma invoices, as well as arranged documentation such as fumigation certificates, bills of lading, and packing lists, among other things. During the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone in the office worked very hard every day to fulfill their duties by providing essential oxygen cylinders to our customers.
