- Responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting the networking devices like switches, routers, cradle points and Access points and other networking devices
- Guiding the onsite technician, ISP service provider and clients via phone calls, service tickets and emails and resolving the issue remotely
- Creating incident and documenting the network problems over the incidents and taking corrective action
- Identify and resolve the technical issue with verity of diagnostic tool like Service Now and Clarify
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN/MAN/WAN) infrastructure
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Access point (WLA and Meraki)
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of back up devices (Cradle point and Accelerated)
- Configure install and maintain various network devices and provide troubleshooting on the Cisco and Juniper switch and router devices
- Maintaining and monitoring the log files of a network device and maintaining proper documentation of network logs using various tools
- Providing technical supports and responsible for change in network device as per requirement
- Managed incidents and outages across multiple departments
- Assisting team members managing queues and providing training to the new hired employee.
