• Testing of control panels like – Functional Test, Control Test, C.T. Polarity test, dielectric test and Insulation Resistance test through Meager and High voltage test trolley.
• Inspection of switch board’s like General Arrangement of Panel
• Maintenance of Electrical Panel, Switch Board.
• Improvement of electric circuit diagram and control panels.
• Preparing the BOM (Bill of material) for the Board.
• Material Planning for Assembling Panel, Bus bars as well as Switch gear and other electrical related material. Solving Quality related and electrically related issues comes in the board.
• Good knowledge of induction motors, star delta starters, Dol starters, forward Reverse connections, interlocking of motors, and electrical panel.
• Familiar with contactors, MCB, MCCB, MPCB, ACB, Circuit Breakers, power supply distribution.
• Good Knowledge of Selection of Wire, Cable, Fuses nSwitches.
• Finding the fault comes during testing of the switch boards
• Coordinate with Client for project need; understand them and convey to respective department if required.
