  • Working as a Shift Lead for the PLC team since June 2024, managing a team of 50 employees. Responsibilities include coordinating with various GeoUnits for job distribution based on required competencies, delegating tasks to Performance Live engineers, overseeing their work, and providing support during troubleshooting to prevent service quality incidents.
  • Performed Logging and measurement while Drilling job remotely for multiple clients (both NOCs and IOCs) worldwide including but not limited to PDO, OQ, OXY, ARA, KOC, Exxon Mobil, Petrochina, ENI, COSL, Santos, ONGC Ltd Shell, Denison Gas, PTTEP,etc.
  • Responsible for conducting technical promotion interviews for engineers, providing job training from trainee to engineer level, and mentoring them throughout their development.
  • Took on new locations by coordinating with GeoUnits to ensure a smooth transition, enabling engineers to carry out operations efficiently.
  • Conducted emergency drills from the India PLC center to international locations to ensure effective job transfers and seamless communication across regions.
  • Field Test for new technologies and Software like and part of brainstorming for upcoming newer softwares.
  • Responsible for flawless data and service delivery to client worldwide.
  • Enabling good service quality for client with higher efficiency leading to business continuity through tough times of COVID pandemic.
  • Ensured smooth delivery of all Directional drilling and LWD deliverables from spud of the well till drain hole.
  • Awarded appreciation on mail by client (PDO) for flawless MWD carried out in 12.25in section remotely.
