• Responsible for conducting internal quality audits for regulatory compliance process for North America and European Markets by working closely with legal, quality and program team to define, collect and track data with respect to validations of regulatory processes
• Responsible for tracking and managing Vendor accounts for technical implementation of compliance processes, inventory placement, customer experience, and fulfillment efficiency
• Investigate product escalations caused due to defects by collaborating with Testing laboratories to conduct advance research in order to identify failure mode, mitigate risks and suggest for improvement and corrective actions
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal quality operations and new programs
• Provide metrics on compliance operations that demonstrate the level of effort and completeness of this team's activity
• Work as Node SLA POC for achieving 100 % SLA on daily basis
• Responsible for quality, root cause analysis on process & quality gaps and recommend corrective actions

• Understanding the need of the Customers about their License Requirement and assigning the sales and technical executive according to the customer’s requirement.
• To Provide Financial forecast quarterly for SMP business by coordinating with Finance and Technical Team.
• To coordinate a team of 7 – 8 employees majorly for the SLA on the day – to –day basis and submitting monthly performance report to the manager
• To ensure that all Technical Issues logged are taken up by concerned Technical Team member within 2 hours.
• To conduct SLA and Salesforce Training to the new joiners of the Sales and Technical Team in the form of Power Point Presentation
• To keep Track of All Technical issues that are logged and until they are resolved completely and to provide a monthly summary of the same through SFDC Dashboard
• To make sure that the team members have logged all the Technical issues in SFDC with zero or minimum escalation
• To ensure that the Proactive visit to the customers are planned and executed as per the customers classification and to submit the monthly document for the same.

• Identification and Working on various advertising techniques for Value Added Services.

• Working on developing the content for Nyassa Astro Buddy (VAS product of Aircel)

• Generated contents of Summer Bonanza contest and Astro buddy contest.

• Working on various contests of Aircel and meeting the deadlines.

• Coordinating with purchase department for contest related queries.
