  • Led the ServiceNow development platform team in Pune that focus on ITSM and ITOM-Discovery projects.
  • Provided technical design for ITSM and ITOM discovery projects, including audit logging for vCenter virtual machines events , AWS role based discovery for NextGen.
  • Worked extensively on many discovery types, including Linux, Windows Server, and Network devices. Cloud base discovery, including Azure and VCenter VM detection, was also included.
  • Developed the Fact-Framework project's discovery pattern and pattern extension.
  • Storage discovery for NetApp and Pure Storage Flash Array devices was developed from the ground up.
  • Used the Service Graph Connector to discover the computing devices from Microsoft Intune and Azure resources into ServiceNow CIs.
  • Worked with cross-functional teams to combine ServiceNow certificate management discovery jobs with DigiCert certificate authority.
