• Currently working on process migration from blue prism to Robot Framework (ACE) as a RPA Lead.
• Working closely with business to understand automation requirements in detail, collaborating with stakeholders for testing, code reviews, deployment.
• Responsible for designing RPA solutions, development, testing and production deployment.
• Responsible for resolving production issues through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting with logs analysis.

AI Projects:

• Legacy COBOL to Java/.NET Code Migration using LLM – Open AI GPT4
• Gen AI Exploration – R&D for various Gen AI models for their accuracy and efficiencies.

• Client Brief Generator – Report generation for CLM using Gen AI solutions

• Guarantees Aging Report and Nostro Reconciliation (7 – Middle East Countries) – 3.5 FTE Benefit - Every guarantee is issued with receivable schedules which dictates commission claim & recovery. Business prepares an input instruction file for Robot containing commission details for nostro reconciliation. Guarantees commission is paid by capturing transaction in HFE4 and SFE. Standalone SWIFT messages are generated for transactions.
• Guarantees Document Management and Advice Management (Germany) – 1 FTE Benefit - To issue a guarantee, customer sends an email with guarantees instructions as PDF attachment to bank. Bank staff converts PDF documents to word using Kofax power PDF tool and then creates work items for tracking in web-based tool.
• SCF Customer Migration (Hong Kong) – 1.5 FTE Benefit - GTRF business is performing digital transformation where system is getting upgraded from legacy to new edge technologies. So, it is required to migrate existing customer data from old system to new system. We had around 100+ buyer, supplier, agent party files which were migrated using BOT. The input data was provided in excel files and using Blue Prism automation process we on boarded those customers on new platform.

• Developer for LCRF project.
• Provided Level 1 production support for HIE application including night batch support.
• Provided Level 2 production support for high, medium, low severity incidents. Worked closely with GTRF business for incident resolution.
• SME for HIE application.
