1.Production Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Develop production schedules according to machine capacity, manpower availability and material requirements.
• Monitor production against planned targets and take corrective action for delays.
• Develop and Manage Decorative Production Schedules based on sales forecasts,Customer orders and manage inventory levels.

2. Material Planning and Inventory Management

• Coordinate with purchase and stores departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare and monitor material requirement plans using BOMs and production schedules.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to prevent production stoppages.

3. Capacity and Resource Planning

• Analyze machine capacity, manpower requirements and production bottlenecks.
• Plan manpower allocation according to production priorities.
• Improve line balancing and resource utilization.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch.
• Communicate production priorities and changes to the relevant departments.

5. Production Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor daily production output against targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Track production efficiency, rejection rates, downtime and schedule adherence.
• Maintain planning records and ensure accurate production data.

6. Process Improvement and Cost Control

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce material wastage, excess inventory, rework and production delays.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

7. ERP and Documentation

• Maintain production planning data in Excel.
• Work with BOMs, production orders, inventory records and material planning reports.

• Prepared and submittedted daily and weekly work schedules.
• Identified and resolved production problems to minimize downtime and enhance operations.
• Supervision on fabrication process like arc,welding ,argaon welding, Co2 weldings,gas cutter,grinding,drilling ,tapping ,making part as per requirement,checking marking on job ,verify dimensions
• Supervised fabrication processes including arc welding and grinding. like arc,welding.argon welding, Co2 weldings,gas cutter,grinding,drilling ,tapping ,making part as per requirement,checking marking on job ,verify dimensions
