Key responsibillities

• Reconciliation of Equity and Derivative products at T+1 level in Trade lifecycle for Trade Support function of middle office.
• Role encompasses working with sales team and middle office processes for Financial Institutions.
• Reconciliation of Structured and OTC Products.
• Role entail external interaction with agents/counter/parties/clients to solve queries and discrepancies related to the process.This could be Telephonic or Through emails.
• Risk identification,escalation and Query amendment
• Timely escalation of outstanding issues to clients

• Key responsibillities
  To review documents as per the project protocol
  Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance in accordance with the Document Review Manual
  Perform tasks like creating searches and persistent highlighting
  Escalate substantive issues and any other project-related issues of concern to the TeamLead/Manager
  Leading team huddles/sharing huddle notes
  Draft client Decision Log entries for final review by Manager
  Workflow management
  Assist Team Lead/Manager in executing core United Lex Document Review processes
  Participate in client calls on occasion
  Managing project updates

• Analyzed client and/ or compliance requirements to establish priority for conducting reconciliation process and meeting frequency standards/ service level agreements
• Documented and understand assigned market contracts for deadlines, reporting requirements, and configuration of Premium Reconciliation process/system.

• Effective communication with exceptional relationship management and analytical skills
• To Call the Customer and remind him/her to pay the premium of insurance and keep the record of each customers payment
