• Strategize and execute business development initiatives by identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling products, and promoting schemes aligned with market trends and client needs.
• Act as a single point of contact for all queries and service requirements of partners, ensuring timely resolution, and a high standard of client servicing.
Plan and organize B2B and B2C events, seminars, and engagement activities aimed at partner education, product promotion, and strengthening relationships.
• Track and analyze partner performance, derive insights, and share actionable strategies to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments including operations, marketing, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of business processes and campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing AUM (Assets Under Management) and deepening partner engagement.
